The San Francisco Chronicle reported in its column, Inside Scoop, that Michael Mina and his longtime wine director, Rajat Parr, will open a new restaurant and wine bar in the Millennium Tower (301 Mission). They have named the place RN74, the road that goes through the Burgundy region of France.
