Radiance @ Mission Bay moving pretty quickly

I was doing some research for a new client this morning, and had a nice conversation with the folks at Radiance at Mission Bay

They are selling 99 units, of which 60 - or almost 2/3rds - are "sold"

Their 2 bed condos started in the mid 800's (866,000 to be exact) - and at this time the only 2 bedrooms they have left are starting in the high 900's! It's also nice that all of their finishes are included in the sales price.

So, if Radiance at Mission Bay is on your radar, you may want to move quickly!
